Sick the day before I plan to start- advice!

I’ve been planning to start my first Whole30 on 4/2,  but I’ve had a rough weekend mental health-wise. Multiple panic attacks have me drained and I wasn’t able to finish my fresh food shopping like I’d plan. 

Do you think I should suck it up and start tomorrow? Or give my self a day to recover and finish my grocery shopping? I can see the good in doing both, and just wonder what advice people would have to add.
