My husband and I started whole30 three days ago. We just realized that our can of mixed deluxe nuts(no peanuts) were roasted in peanut oil, and we’ve already eaten a couple servings. 

Do we have to restart to get the benefits of Whole30?

Read the article in my signature below titled 'Do I really need to start over' (or alternately, google that with 'whole30' in front).

I would say that since you're only on Day 3, maybe you want to consider doing a Whole33?  To be real, peanuts are HIGHLY disruptive...

Also, remember that nuts and their products are meant to be limited - consider a closed handful every other day at most as the 'limit'.
