robble75 Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 I woke up on day 3 with what feels like the start of a cold. Can I take my usual Gaia Elderberry syrup? I would normally take another supplement called Gaia Quick Defense which has elderberry extract in it as well as Echinacea. Any feedback would be great!
