kellyp Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 I 'm starting the Whole30 today. I have been paleo for quite awhile but found that I have let the sugar slip in more than I realized. Mostly by Paleofied recipes. I also need to lose at least 5 pounds and would like to reap some of the other benefits of this plan such as a good night's sleep. I'm a little nervous and excited all at once. I made it through today but don't think I planned very well. Hopefully tomorrow I will have what I need.
