JMT1127 Posted April 8, 2018 Share Posted April 8, 2018 Hi all! I'm a 38 year old mom to a 18 month old little girl and I need to get healthy. My husband and I want to eat healthy and change our lives. I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and was just diagnosed with premature ovarian failure which is an autoimmune disorder. I am overweight and honestly.... I feel miserable most days. I love my child and my husband so much but I have no energy and can't move easily so every day is hard. My doctor told me I NEED to do a Whole 30 to do a restart of my system and I'm totally ready....about 3 years ago I tried and lasted about 20 days. So, I'm back again and I need ideas before I really start of how to do this as easily as possible with a toddler and with low energy....help. I want to be successful and I've started making my grocery list. But, give me SIMPLE meal ideas. I think simple is key for me. Thank you!! I'm excited to feel better.
