MJam
Since finding out my beloved fish oil pills were not compliant (don't worry, I kinda thought they were so I stopped taking before my W30) I have been on the hunt. The link Tom sent me to doesn't ship to Canadialand (curses!). I found a liquid fish EFA fish oil at my friend's work today and one of the 3 ingredients were tocopherols. Are these good to go? The name alone makes me think it's not. Google is confusing me and I think it's soy derived (it might not be, I get confused easily). Good to go? or avoid like the plague? Can't a landlocked Canadian get some fish oil up in here?
Robin Strathdee
That should be just fine. Even if it's extracted from a soybean, I wouldn't think an extracted vitamin would contain the problematic compounds present in the beans.
