Paigejj Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 Hello, i am on day 11 of my 2nd whole 30 round. The first time I had a serious meat aversion within the first 12 days so I didn’t eat much of it. I mainly consumed fruits followed by veggies. Today I have started getting that same nauseous feeling about eating meat. I am wondering if anyone has ideas about what to do? Usually the main offenders are chicken and ground beef. We have eaten pork shoulder and that was pretty good, and I eat breakfast meats alright. Are there different ways to satiate the protein requirements? Thank you!
