Day 5 and going strong

It's day 5 and the cravings are strong but bearable.  I'm drinking more water which has helped.

Another thing that has helped is keeping a list of my cravings along with the time and date i'm craving them.  It's a reminder to me that I don't have to cut these foods out of my life forever, just until I've finished this thirty days.  It has also shown a pattern of what I crave and when... for example, I usually crave a diet coke around 12:30.  I hope that as the days progress, i will see that my cravings have gone down!

Five days down!  Gotta say, feels good so far.
