YogagirlWG
Hi Everyone, I am staring tomorrow and am putting together my shopping list for this week. Plus prepping some food today. When they say dried cranberries, I am assuming they mean from the dried goods bulk area for example at whole foods? This will ensure there is no added sugar correct? Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 15, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 15, 2018 The only way to ensure no sugar added is to read the ingredients of the item you plan to buy, regardless of what store that is in.
YogagirlWG
Thanks I haven't found any dried cranberries that don't have added sugar. Even the whole foods in bulk say sweetened. I have been Uing apples.
