Giffs109
I am doing whole30 for the first time. I really like to use BBQ sauce. I made a homemade bbq sauce and reduced apple juice to sweeten up. I am now worrying this is not allowed... is this a start over? Or is this okay? I see most people use dates, I do that from now on... ugh.

I am tired of only grilling with spice rub and smoke... would be really interested in what your compliant substitute consists of. Thanks- frank.
