slc_melissa Posted April 17, 2018 Share Posted April 17, 2018 I would not do reintroductions in the backcountry....if something doesn't sit well it'll be mighty unpleasant. I also would advise not suddenly eating a lot of nuts if you don't regularly eat them. That can also be mighty unpleasant. If you have a dehydrator, you can make your own meals. GoJo09 Posted April 17, 2018 Share Posted April 17, 2018 You've got 7 days after your Whole 30, so concentrate on introducing the things that you'll most likely want/need to consume on the trip, like rice or maybe pasta (although gluten is generally one of the last things to introduce, so maybe a gluten free pasta?). As @slc_melissa said, a dehydrator makes it easy as you can just make a normal compliant meal and dehydrate it (I've done this, super easy).
