jtota 178 Posted January 24, 2013 Author Share Posted January 24, 2013 1/24/13: Breakfast: Eggs, apple lunch: roasted chicken, 1 medium sweet potato "hashed" and cooked in coconut oil, maybe some kale chips later Nice long yoga session this after noon.
