Breakfast: Eggs, apple

lunch: roasted chicken, 1 medium sweet potato "hashed" and cooked in coconut oil, maybe some kale chips later

Nice long yoga session this after noon. :)

Dinner : TBD - thinking some kind of stir-fry or the nom nom brisket stew and some roasted broccoli.
