Jmunni Posted April 19, 2018 Share Posted April 19, 2018 I am a bit confused, i have seen so many people saying that coconut milk in cartons is a no go on whole 30, i found So Delicious culinary coconut milk in a carton self stable with the below ingredients, am i missing something why is this a no go?
