rusrach Posted April 22, 2018 Share Posted April 22, 2018 Hi everyone! My name is Rachel and I will be starting my very first Whole30 tomorrow. I'm excited and nervous. Like so many have said...NBD...what have I done?! At the beginning of the year I felt that I needed to do something different. I have a few pounds I need to lose and what I've always done isn't working. Even more importantly, I can tell I'm not as in control as I used to be and like I said...what I've done before isn't working. I needed to do something different in order to kick these crazy sugar cravings...and possibly reduce my headaches, sleep better, have more energy, etc. So yeah. Nervous. Excited. Was hoping not to be smacked in the face with that this quickly. Oh well. I resisted. I'm determined. Staying focused on why I'm doing this.
