cappiegirl47 Posted April 23, 2018 Share Posted April 23, 2018 Starting my whole30 today with my fiance. Unfortunately I got food poisoning yesterday so this could be intesresting. On a positive note...it will be easy to not eat food off the plan...nothing appeals to me right now. I am motivated to see this through. My regular diet doesn't include gluten because of an intolerance to it (it gives me migraines) and I have never liked soda. I gave up coffee four months ago and don't eat sweets daily. Cheese is what I am going to miss most but since my migraines are still an issue for me I am hoping a clean diet will finally help me find the relief I have been searching for most of my life.
