Need more protein quickly

Help, went to lunch and very little protein I could eat and I haven’t had enough as I’m still pretty hungry. I had eggs and mushroom and veggie frittata at breakfast but mostly just salad at lunch. I have some sausages ready in fridge but don’t know how many to eat? But rest of food will have to be unfrozen and cooked. Any ideas? Elizabeth
