I've done this once successfully so I know it can be tough for some people and easier for others but beyond that... I'm wondering how best I can lead them? I'm wondering how best I can lead them? Not entirely sure what this means... if you'd like to join a group of folks doing the Whole30, there are tons of groups on this forum starting every day. In general, no one 'leads' them but the moderators keep an eye on everything and offer advice, troubleshooting and encouragement. If you were looking to be a Whole30 coach, that's an actual certification and you can find more info about it by clicking on 'coach' on the home page banner.
