I'm not sure what frittata you are referring to but eggs are a protein and the serving size for one person is as many eggs as you can hold in one hand without dropping (3-4 is a good start). Then you would want to add a serving or two of fat and vegetables in the amount of approximately 2-3 cups cooked (or equivalent).

Thank you.  I have the Whole 30 cookbook -- it calls for 6 eggs.  Not sure I could eat half, but can hold 3 eggs!  I just started today and could hardly eat my breakfast at 6:20.  I had to try again around 9.  My body doesn't like eating in the morning and I've read it will take time!  So, I will eat as much of the frittata as I can!  Should I also add more veggies and plated fat?
