My second Whole 30--Up For The Challenge

My first Whole30 was completed the day before Thanksgiving 2017.  It was an impulsive start up as I partnered with a friend at the last minute.  I felt great and even lost some weight.  My however, is this,  I let stress get into my head and into my eating again and my body is complaining about it.  SOooo, it is time to take responsibility.  I want to eat healthy and feel better so here I go again.  No falling with my face in a pizza for this girl.  Reaching out for help from fighters who want to go the distance with me and be healthier.
