Andrea's first W30

I'm excited to start my w30 today, however, things didn't go fantastic at work so I'm finding myself struggling a bit craving comfort foods.

I always have a hard time with breakfast because I wake up nauseous so I find it easier to drink shakes and have done this for years. Today, I managed to eat a few bites about 90m minutes after I woke up then I was able to eat the rest about 30 minutes later. I know this isn't ideal, but I've NEVER been able to eat breakfast when I get up, so it's a start. 

Lunch was (late, but) compliant, although, after such a crappy day at work, I didn't feel like making dinner so I just had more lunch.

Here's to hoping tomorrow will be a better day at work and that breakfasts will start to become easier for me. I'm not so much worried about what foods I can eat as I've been gluten/dairy/corn/soy free and low sugar for years, it's a matter of being more healthy with the choices available, not something I've been good at (I like my chips!).
