Nancy Warner Posted May 1, 2018 Share Posted May 1, 2018 Regarding the Perfect Sausage recipe (page 162 in the book titled, "The Whole30, The 3-DAY Guide to TOTAL HEALTh and FOOD FREEDOM", asks for 1/2 LB of ground meat then lists: turkey, pork and chicken. Are each of those to be added equally to the total of 1/2 lb Or do you pick your favorite and complete the recipe?
