Perfect Sausage

Regarding the Perfect Sausage recipe (page 162 in the book titled, "The Whole30, The 3-DAY Guide to TOTAL HEALTh and FOOD FREEDOM", asks for 1/2 LB of ground meat then lists: turkey, pork and chicken. Are each of those to be added equally to the total of 1/2 lb Or do you pick your favorite and complete the recipe? And which one is more delicious?  -Thanks, Nancy

You can pick whichever you prefer, or combine them to equal the pound of meat it calls for if you want. Pork is traditional for a breakfast sausage like this, but I've made similar ones from turkey and it works well too.
