Annette Louise Alvidres Grable 18
Day 1 down. I've eaten well and healthy, three good paleo meals. I'm not hungry. I'm not a frequent snacker or dessert eater. I don't feel deprived in any way, which is wonderful. But--there's always a but--all I am thinking about is food. I am very determined, so I am not worried about failing.
Kirsteen 2124
Good for you, a great start. Not letting yourself get hungry and not feeling deprived about what you can't have but thinking of all the wonderful foods you can have is more than half the battle. Wait 'til you start dreaming about food. It's amazing the number of people on here who've dreamt about eating something non-compliant and woken up actually feeling guilty

Contessa 359
A vegetarian eating chicken wings in her sleep... Okay, that's hilarious! (And probably rather upsetting, if you're the sleep-eater!)
Annette Louise Alvidres Grable 18
You know what? RE food food food: it's not that I want to eat food, it's that I think about food. I'm not even hungry except at meal times which is wonderful, and then I'm powerful hungry.
