Laurenacc
I know they aren't organic, free range, etc. but I wanted to buy in bulk from Costco. Realized they don't have an ingredients section so...I'm assuming it's ok? Here's an image from both sides of package. The part that says "minimally processed" gave me pause. Is this ok? Thanks! Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 5, 2018 Moderators Share Posted May 5, 2018 This is fine. Single ingredient products are not required to have an ingredient list outside of the title or name of the item. We don't require grass fed or organic or free range - just the best you can do for your own budget and context. (LOTS of people use poultry from Costco).
