First Timer - May 20 Start Date!

You so can!!! It's well worth the determination and effort. Try to see it as something you are doing FOR your body as opposed to a deprivation thing.  I'm starting my second one (last did this 2 yrs ago and lost 10lbs in the 30 days) on the 21 May, so we can keep each other going. You will be so glad and feel so well at the end of the 30 days, trust me.
