SamanthaJane Posted May 8, 2018 Share Posted May 8, 2018 Hello - I see that 'pancakes' are a no-no, but it seems like that is mainly because some sort of flour is used and they are mimicking a traditional pancake. I have a yummy recipe for 2 ingredient 'pancakes/crepes' its just a mashed banana and 2 eggs and they are sort of like crepes more than pancakes. Sometimes I add cinamon but wanted to know if these would fall under the 'approved' list? I eat them with some sort of nut butter and maybe a small amount of berries? Thank you - Samantha Jane.
