chi_grrl Posted May 9, 2018 Share Posted May 9, 2018 I am feeling great during my whole 30 and have already seen a ton of changes: clothes fit better, skin is clearer, energy is up, and husband says my eyes look "clearer." I've also been exercising for a minimum of 1 hour every day and I can see my muscles again! I'm realizing now that I need to do a better job of scheduling my meals, especially the pre-wo and post-wo meals. I used to pride myself on eating just one meal a day, but now I am understanding how that has affected my health all along, and I'm excited to continue to make changes to better my health.
