Are you actually hungry? If you are -- if you'd eat something boring and bland, like plain steamed fish and broccoli -- go ahead and eat a mini meal of protein, fat, and veggies, or at least two of the three. If you're definitely not hungry, maybe try having a big glass of water nearby, and whenever you find yourself about to take a bite of food, have a big drink of water instead.
