It's probably worth sitting down and really figuring out why you haven't stuck to other plans before, so you can plan what to do if similar situations come up during your 30 days. For instance, did you quit because you were bored of the food, or because it required too much time to prep and cook, or because you were trying recipes that called for ingredients you couldn't find or didn't like? Figure out why you couldn't stick to previous diets, and the think of ways to deal with those issues. If you can't come up with ways to deal with them, you could ask here on the forum, because someone here has probably dealt with similar issues and may be able to suggest solutions.
