GrammaJo Posted May 17, 2018 Share Posted May 17, 2018 I'm on Whole60 now because generally the eating plan made me feel so much better, more energy and less pain, clearer thinking, good sleep. I've lost 14 lbs in six weeks but have at least 15 to go so I decided to continue, with the option of eating something non compliant if I was out and it was really important to me. That has only happened rarely in very small quantities and digestive results weren't great. I sleep 6-8 hours but wake up early and I'm fighting fatigue most of the afternoons now.
