KimMarie88 Posted May 17, 2018 Share Posted May 17, 2018 Hello, Yesterday I finished my first round of whole30. I had significant stomach issues from the start through now. I took probiotics that were compliant throughout and never really had digestive issues before the diet. They developed during the diet. Now I'm focused on reintroducing foods, but am unsure of how to really tell how things effect me when my digestive system has been out of whack all month. My first choice to reintroduce foods was dairy (I thought yogurt might help). I ate low fat Greek yogurt for breakfast this morning. Id like a suggestion as to what types of food will most likely help me to get back to normal with my digestion. I don't want to go back to my unhealthy diet where I have carbs everyday and sweets/snacks. But I actually felt way better on that diet than I do now (with the exception of having clear skin now, reduced cravings for junk food, I lost 5lbs, and a good exercise regimen).
