Any fresh fruit is okay.

It is best to try not to eat fruit on its own, but to have it with a meal, because on its own it can cause a spike in blood sugar, followed by a drop, which can leave you feeling more hungry or tired afterwards. So just the grapes is okay, better would be to have some protein, fat, and vegetables, or at least two of the three -- a hard boiled egg with mayo. Leftover chicken and vegetables. Something like that. And if you're needing snacks most days or find you're not able to go 4-5 hours between meals easily, you may need to make your meals a little bigger.
