What do you make with mayo?

R1D1 here! Made mayo today—omg so good! I’ve never even liked mayo but I needed some for chicken salad.

What do you do with your mayo? Put it on stuff? Spice it up and dip stuff in it? I tried googling, but most links just lead to “how to make mayo”.

Put it on everything.  Make mayo based sauces like ranch dressing... aiolis, spice it up as you say, dip stuff in it, you can use it for the wet dredge for chicken instead of egg, tuna/salmon/chicken salad

I got this link from googling '10 things to do with home made mayo' - make sure that you vett each recipe/idea for compliance to the Whole30 just as you would any recipe/blog - you can also google those same search terms and get all the rest of the articles and blog posts that come up

I like to mix mine with hot sauce or spicy brown mustard to dip my meat or baked sweet potato fries in! Or to mix into a taco bowl to give it a nice creamy element. Brussels sprouts sauteed in a cast iron finished with the mayo/mustard combo is SO GOOD!!

The options are endless with homemade mayo is what I've realized by day 12 here.  Sometimes, I just stir in a bunch of different spices with a few tablespoons to toss with roasted veggies or to act as a dipping sauce when I find myself bored with my prepped proteins.  It's great to add in with some mashed avocado and have over a texmex style scramble too.  I also use it as a base for my own ranch dressing.
