Day 16 blues...

Day 16 and I feel worse than when I started. I sleep less, and I am tired all the time. I was hoping day 14 would start to feel better but I am sluggish and irritable, still. Not sure anything has happened with my weight. I have been constipated and had headaches, more now than at the beginning. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, @CocoH. It's hard for us to tell you what you might be doing wrong without more detail about what you're doing. Could you list a day or two of typical meals, including approximate portion sizes, as well as any exercise you might do and what pre- and post-workout food you have?

In general, common reasons people feel tired include not eating enough or the right mix of stuff (You can download the meal template here:  https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/ ), not drinking enough water (aim for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight each day, so a 120-lb person needs at least 60 oz), or not salting their food.
