SusanSusan33 Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 Today is Day 23 of my first Whole 30. I'm LOVING it!! I will be faced with some problems with re-introduction... I am going on a cruise Whole 30 day 35! I thought the cruise started on a different date. Oops... So I don't know if I can do a 2 day per food item re-introduction or not. I don't drink often (like one glass of wine every *year* so that's not an issue, but the other foods are. I know I am a sugar addict, so I know I need to find future food freedom with sugar. I have the FFF book from the library and want to start reading it soon. Prior to W30 I already ate mostly dairy free and low gluten due to digestive issues... Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! Find the things you are most likely to eat on the cruise and go from there. I will say that a cruise ship is probably one of the best bets for how to stay close to Whole30 because you can easily get meat/seafood and vegetables at every meal.
