Just Starting. On Day 2. First Time

Hello Everybody!

I'm Dan, I'm 41 and I've been eating unhealthy, over weight, and out of shape for the vast majority of my life. I've done some trendy diets and yo yo-ed  my weight up and down a couple times over the years. I would love to lose about 50 lbs. I struggle with food cravings and seem to always be able to justify and rationalize eating horribly. I am absolutely intrigued by this notion of food freedom; I want it desperately. Feeling pretty good about getting started. I made some of the mayo today and it actually turned out pretty good so I'm feeling lucky, lol.

Any infinite words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Words of wisdom: if you want food freedom you can have it. The first part is just 30 days. 30 days of following the rules and resetting your system. That's the easy part, to be honest. Once you're done your 30 days, the real work starts. Get your head right during the 30 days and the rest will follow a bit easier.
