Lots of raw veggies, crucifers (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage), lots of fruit, nuts, dried fruit, nut butters? If you would like to provide this information, the best format for us to help is if you give us your meal breakdowns including specific veggies, fruit, fat, protein, snacks if any, pre and post workout?
