If you're extending your Whole30 to a 45 or 60, then you'd need to stay on the program. If you're trying to make a food freedom plan that fits your life, is similar to Whole30 but includes chips of some sort, then that's your Food Freedom and we recommend that you  do the reintroductioins so you know how foods affect you before you pencil them in to your Food Freedom.
