deh107 Posted May 30, 2018 Share Posted May 30, 2018 Hello, I’m on day 8 & I’m dying a slow painful death, lol. I anticipated heavy food cravings, but that hasn’t been too bad of an issue. I’m nauseas all the time to the point that it triggers long bouts of hiccups & I come close to vomiting. Even when I’m not exactly nauseous my stomach is just sour & I’m always uncomfortable. Would you like to provide us with some details of what you've been eating and drinking and in what quantities (based on the template) and we can see if something stands out. deh107 Posted May 30, 2018 Author Share Posted May 30, 2018 I’ve mainly been eating simple meals with 4-6 oz of meat. Recently I ate pork loin, potatoes, & some fruit. Most of the fruits & veges that I eat are fresh. Occasionally I roast some asparagus or something. I’ve done a cauliflower mash in place of potatoes. I try to eat a bowl of leafy greens every day. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 30, 2018 Moderators Share Posted May 30, 2018 Unfortunately pork, potato, cauliflower, asparagus and leafy greens along with unnamed fruit and other veggies isn't quite enough to go on. Are you eating a plate of veggies, plated fat and 1-2 palms of protein per meal 3 x a day? Are you salting your food? Drinking 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight?
