Day 10: breakfast

Appleton farms sausage, eggs, mixed greens, and 1/2 avocado

leftover Starbucks cold brew with vanilla nut pods

notes: did not sleep well—maybe due to being off all day & not feeling great. off to a much better start today & feeling MUCH better about my day!

Can’t remember all the meals I had yesterday and the day before but they were all compliant!

day 15: breakfast

3 eggs

1/2 avocado 

broccoli

Day 15 lunch:

burger with lettuce and tomato

watermelon

Day 15 dinner:

Thai chicken wrap/salad

pineapple
