SusieA
Well, here I am on day 15. I must say, that for some reason, this Whole30 has been much harder than the one I did two years ago. I have no idea why. We socialised with some friends over the weekend, when there was lots of no go Whole30 foods and ALCOHOL. I did not give in to any of it but did feel slightly cranky! Anyway I swerved away from that crisis and here I am, unbroken on day 15. How is everyone else doing? I do feel far less bloated and less hungry than I did when I started. Still feel that prepping is key, and always trying to think one/two/three meals ahead. Oh yes, and ALMOST stepped on the scales 3 times this weekend! It's true when they say that leading up to the half way point is a make or break time!

I like to think of the Whole30 as a game of chess, always gotta think a few steps ahead to be successful! And always ALWAYS make more food than you think you need! I'm on day 20 and the scale is most definitely calling, but we must resist! Keep up the good work.
