Normally, I'd reach for some tums or pepto but low and behold- BOTH contain sweeteners! Any compliant tips? Roya Posted July 10, 2018 Share Posted July 10, 2018 Have you tried sparkling water? I usually go for topo chico or la croix when I have an upset stomach. Ginger tea is also very good.
