Taylor Kerby
For about a week now I have had an awful cold that I have been trying to treat the Whole30 way. One day I went into Evolve Paleo and bought The Anti, and which is this liquid juice that contains: Vita Coco Coconut water, ginger, tumeric, lemon, lime, and cayenne. When I looked up the Vita Coco Pure Coconut water ingredients, it says it contains: Coconut water, less than 1% fruit sugar, vitamin C. I wasn't drinking the coconut water just for taste, so I didn't abuse the spirit of Whole30, it was simply for a Cold booster. Did I cheat the Whole30 sugar rule with the less than 1% fruit sugar in my juice?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted June 9, 2018 Administrators Share Posted June 9, 2018 Any added sugar is against the rules regardless of intention. You should read the starting over article linked in my signature.
