Giffs109
Finished W30 back in mid May. I have been following W30 pretty well outside of some alcohol and artisanal cheese. However recently I was on a work trip and had a few non-compliant foods (lasagna, bread). This has caused me to get very bloated and have diarrhea. What is the best way to get back on track? A week of strict W30?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted June 10, 2018 Moderators Share Posted June 10, 2018 Yes, that's probably the best way -- just go back to Whole30 eating for at least a week, or until you feel better if it takes a couple extra days. Did you do reintros when you did your Whole30? If not, or if you're finding things are affecting you differently than they seemed to when you did the reintros, you might consider doing another Whole30 at some point and redoing the reintroductions. Giffs109
I did the reintroductions, and didn’t respond like this. But I never tried bread, basically planned to give it up. I’ll run a week and see how it goes.
