JaninFL Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 Hi everyone, I'm reading the book right now and I was inspired to begin this journey by a friend of mine who has been following the Whole30 since January. He lost 4 inches around his waist and looks good. So since I'm fed up with my weight, I'm ready to give this a try. I have been gluten free for many, many years but have slipped off the tracks and have been indulging and so has my waist line. I am an active person - I rode ride 3 times per week, weight lift 3 times a week but my diet is suffering. I'm not a horrible eater - no soda, no junk food, but I think the way I prepare food isn't the healthiest. Looking forward to beginning the program and learning from all of you!
