Hi, 

I just heard about The Whole 30, and I am anxious to start,  because I believe it will help with my health and weight issues, but scared, too! I have a hard time sticking to thjngs - and I love my sugars! Will need all the help I can get.

Hi Denise. I just finished a round of Whole 30 in April and am on a challenge with my fitness group. What came to my mind and it really helped me before I actually committed to a start date was to practice. I know this May sound weird but I didn't experience nearly as many cravings as some others said they experienced. I also read most of the book and some of it starts with food book. Preparation is key. Also you have to condition your mind. You can do this. I actually enjoyed being on whole 30 so much that I want to keep eating this way. I feel so much better and I lost weight too.
