_kiragreer
I start my re-intro tomorrow. I was planning on having a piece of toast w/ breakfast until I just realized that the bread contains both wheat AND soy? Do I need to go find a brand of bread/bagels that is soy free but contains gluten?? Do they even makes these?? Confused!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted June 23, 2018 Moderators Share Posted June 23, 2018 Ideally, you want to do each type of food separately so if you react to something, you know which ingredient you're reacting to. To find breads that would work, you'd just have to go to the store and read ingredients, or you could Google some brands in your area, though you'd still want to check the package just in case. You don't have to use bread, though. There's cream of wheat or wheat chex if you want something breakfasty, or you might have better luck finding crackers, tortillas, or pasta.
