CharlotteU
Can I use aquafaba as an egg substitute in recipes? My daughter is vegan and it’s hard to find recipes that suit us both, as the difference is often just ONE EGG. If this isn’t my protein for that meal, I’d like to substitute the egg and make the recipe so that she can also eat it. Aquafaba seems like worth trying as an egg substitute, but I’m not sure if it’s Whole30 compliant. Anyone know?
