I am starting my Whole30 today (6/25/2018!)  I have tried it before and never actually made it the 30 days.  I find that social situations (especially when alcohol is involved) is my weakness and that's when I usually break.  Any advice, tips or support is much appreciated!

Hey there - 

I've done a few whole 30s  - and what I will suggest is using the Day by Day journal - or just a notebook - to diligently record each day.  Meals, NSVs, sleep, energy...the works.  I am not a journaling kind of person, so it is a pain at first, but I have had the best success when I have recorded info at the end of the day.  I learn a lot from my experiences...when I take the time to stop and think about it.   -Hope that helps!
