abbeys Posted July 2, 2018 Share Posted July 2, 2018 I have technically finished my 30 days but have continued eating W30 since I haven’t had time to plan my reintroduction. Yesterday (Day 31) I woke up incredibly dizzy and it’s continued into today. I know it could be unrelated and something else going on, but I’m curious if it may be my eating. Is what I’m eating sound like enough? Any suggestions? a typical day & what I’m eating today... breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup of carrots with almond butter (about 1-2tbsp), and a handful of grapes. Also cold brew coffee with 1-2tbsp nutpods. lunch: taco salad (about a cup of chicken taco meat on about 2 cups of spinach and ice burg lettuce, tomatoes, salsa) with 1/2 avocado dinner: turkey burger (usually I eat two burger patties the size of my hand) with lettuce, tomato, and pickle toppings. Broccoli with a tbsp of ghee. Maybe some watermelon or a peach with it. if I need a snack, I have broccoli with ghee and 2 hard boiled eggs. Along with that, I’m drinking about 60 ounces of water and usually drink 1-2 lacroix during the day. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
