Oh my gosh, YES!  I do it all the time!

I bake the fish with an olive tapenade/bruschetta heavily smeared all over the top (make your own or find one compliant - pretty sure the Trader Joe one is compliant), top with halved cherry tomatoes and bake until done. Cool. Smash up and add some green onions, salt, mayo etc. SO GOOD!
